1. Who we are
The course is provided by [FULL LEGAL NAME], trading as Anefelo, [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTCODE] [CITY], Greece. VAT number EL[AFM]. Email [EMAIL]. Business details are on the Business details page.
2. The course
Machine learning for Earth observation: from model to defensible map. Four live online sessions of 2.5 hours on Zoom, Tuesday 3, Thursday 5, Tuesday 10 and Thursday 12 November 2026, 16:00–18:30 CET.
Your booking includes the live sessions, recordings, the course notebooks, written feedback on your capstone plan, 30 days of questions in the cohort channel after the last session, and a certificate of completion for participants who attend or watch all four sessions and submit a capstone plan.
You need working Python, basic remote sensing knowledge and a Google account. You use Google Colab and Earth Engine under Google's own terms. Using Earth Engine for client or company work requires a commercial licence from Google.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Prices shown to individuals include VAT. If you book for a business with a valid EU VAT number outside Greece, you're invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. In-house prices exclude VAT.
The early-bird price applies to bookings paid by 23:59 Athens time on 20 October 2026. Partner rates are offered by private link to eligible participants only.
Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details. You receive a receipt from Stripe and an invoice from us by email.
4. Your booking
The contract is formed when your payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation. A team booking gives one place each to three named participants; you can change a name up to the start of the course.
A place is personal. Recordings, notebooks and the cohort channel are for participants only.
5. Minimum number of participants
The cohort runs with at least 6 participants. If that number isn't reached by 27 October 2026, we tell you by email and you choose a full refund or a place in the next cohort.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the first session. If session 1 isn't what you need, tell us within 48 hours of its end for a full refund. Details, and your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer, are on the Cancellation and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes and cancellation by us
If we have to move a session, for example because the instructor is ill, we offer a new date and the recording. If you can't attend the new date, you can ask for a refund for that session.
If we cancel the course, you get a full refund within 14 days.
8. Recordings and conduct
Sessions are recorded and shared only with the cohort. Your camera and microphone are optional; if you speak or appear on camera, you may appear in the recording.
Please treat other participants with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions or shares course material, without a refund.
9. Course materials
Notebooks, slides and templates remain ours. You may use and adapt them for your own learning and in your own work, including client work, but you may not resell, publish or redistribute them or use them to teach a course.
10. Liability
The course is training. It isn't legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it doesn't make any map or process compliant with the EUDR or any other regulation.
Our liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the price you paid. This doesn't limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, email [EMAIL] and we'll reply within 5 working days. Greek law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim there.
Consumers can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future bookings. The version on the date you pay applies to your booking.
